An alternative to asbestos and ceramic based textiles

Good rot, mildew, deteriorate, acids resistance and tensile strength

Low coefficient of thermal expansion

Used to wrap exhaust pipe and hose.

Used at 1200 degree F / 648 degree C continuous, maintains integrity at temperatures up to 1800degree F / 982 degree C

Common applications including:

Thermal insulation and heat protection pipes, flexible tubes, electrical cables, sealing joints of ovens and boiler doors, stoves, fireplaces and expansion joints.
